Nuez Fresh Organic Almond Nutmilk contains up-to 30% almonds, with only 3 or 4 other real food ingredients.

Ingredients With Intention
Certified Organic Whole Almonds
Certified organic and unpasteurized. Almonds contain Vitamin E, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats as well as phytochemicals that have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties. We soak our nuts overnight to remove Phytic acid, a naturally occurring element of almonds that can inhibit the absorption of essential nutrients.
Certified Organic Whole Hazelnuts
Certified organic Hazelnuts. Our hazelnuts are one of the worlds more beloved nuts—and for good reason. They are high in Vitamin E to promote a healthy glow. As well as high in folate, Manganese, and Copper (which aids iron absorption in the body). Hazelnuts are high in oleic acid, which can help to lower levels of bad LDL cholesterol.
Filtered Alkaline Water—9.5 pH
We use the most advanced filtration and pH calibration system—running our water at 9.5 pH. We love filtered alkaline water for its increasingly refreshing sensation, and wetter / finer texture. The smaller (molecular) water-clusters allow for rapid absorption deep into the cells, and promotes strong cellular activity. It is a perfect base for our milks.
Certified Organic Cacao
Certified organic, raw, and single origin. We source our cacao from a family owned farm that uses sustainable practices. The cacao bean is hailed for its powerful flavonoid antioxidants, and its long list of nourishing minerals, including iron, magnesium, phosphorous, copper and manganese. Our cacao is full bodied and has complex floral notes.
Local Fraser Valley BC Honey
We source from local apiarists, producing unique and delicious Fraser Valley, BC honeys. We rotate variety of honey depending on the type of flowers the bees are pollinating that season, and what kinds are available and abundant. Our favourites are wildflower or blackberry honey.
Certified Organic Dates
Certified organic & raw. Our dates are high in B-complex vitamins, magnesium, potassium, and a great source of dietary fibre. Dates add a well balanced caramelly sweetness to our milks, subtle & delicious.
Certified Organic Vanilla Bean
Certified organic & ethically sourced. We use ground whole vanilla beans that have a uniquely deep flavour with subtle earthy notes of sweet peach blossom, fresh tobacco and cognac.
Wild Harvested Sea Salt
Our sea salt is harvested from the rugged pristine waters off the West Coast of Vancouver Island. These Sea salts are unrefined and contain 80 essential trace minerals including magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and iodine at naturally balanced biological levels.
